Purchases

When you buy on our Website, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your access to or purchasing process on the Website.

To effectuate a purchase, you will be asked to supply:

Licenses

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate licenses, cancel or edit orders in our sole discretion.

You can terminate your licenses by contacting us at support@coding-creed.tech. Once you have terminated your licenses, all of your licenses will be deactivated, archived and will no longer be accessible for you.

Some of our products require access to a licensing API hosted on our Website to function properly. This API is essential for verifying license validity, activating features, and maintaining compliance. By using our software, you consent to the automatic and periodic communication between the software and our licensing server to facilitate these operations.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds after the making of a purchase as we operate only B2B (business-to-business). If you request a refund when you terminate your licenses on your own will, a refund will be issued to you only on our sole discretion. You may request a refund by contacting us at support@coding-creed.tech. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request.

RENEWALS

IF YOU USE A DISCOUNT CODE, YOUR FIRST PURCHASE WILL BE DISCOUNTED AND ALL FUTURE PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED AT FULL PRICE. THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF LICENSES THAT YOU MUST PURCHASE IS ONE.

IF YOU CHOOSE THE MONTHLY PLAN, YOUR WILL NEED TO MONTHLY PAY FOR YOUR ORDER AS THERE IS NO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOU WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE PURCHASE PRICE EVERY MONTH. IF YOU CHOOSE THE ANNUAL PLAN, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOU WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED EVERY YEAR.
